Benefits   Health Care Benefits -- providing valuable medical coverage, protected by workers compensation and general liability If you join OpenFLEX as a full-time employee (regularly scheduled to work 40 hours per week), you will accrue 4 hours of vacation each pay period ; part-time employees accrue 2 hours each pay period.
