Benefit is tailored differently based on the country location of the offices. At OpenFLEX , our employees are hard at work creating the solutions for our clients. So it only makes sense that OpenFLEX provides its employees with a good benefits platform, one that provides employees and their families with a variety of important coverages and opportunities, and adds significantly to the total compensation OpenFLEXers receive. The Benefits is comprised of these four components--supporting employees and their families by offering time off benefits, an employee assistance program, and more. Many of these benefits are provided automatically when you join OpenFLEX , but there are many other opportunities for you to meet your needs.

  Health Care Benefits -- providing valuable medical coverage, protected by workers compensation and general liability

If you join OpenFLEX as a full-time employee (regularly scheduled to work 40 hours per week), you will accrue 4 hours of vacation each pay period ; part-time employees accrue 2 hours each pay period.

Other time off benefits include sick days (5 annually), holidays (10 annually), and family/medical leave.
