CFP Document Imaging and Workflow Management project ready for First Live Release

Through a competitive bidding process involving some of the big names in Document Management solution providers, the proposal designed by Openflex based on the OnBase EDM platform from its business partner Hyland Software, Inc., a Cleveland, Ohio company, won unanimous endorsement by the board of California Fair Plan.

After months of extensive business analysis, workflow design, and system configuration and development work, the Imaging System is ready for live implementation for Claims Department. By deploying the document imaging and workflow management system, California Fair Plan looks to make significant gains in processing productivity, reliable document manageability, and reducing cost. This represents a major step towards the ultimate goal of total paperless operation.
