Completes Bulk Mortgage Endorsement Automation Project
July 2003, OpenFLEX completes the Bulk Mortgage Endorsement Automation Project
for California Fair Plan.
Impacted by the significant decrease in mortgage rate and other economic
factors, CFP received skyrocketed requests for Mortgage Endorsement this
summer. As a result, a number of temps were hired to help with the increased
data entry workload. However, the result was not satisfying: only 2-3
hundred records were being processes daily while the number of requests
are sometimes over one thousand. So CFP turned to openFLEX and asked them
if they can do something about it…
A few weeks later, the bulk mortgage endorsement automation project was
completed which enabled thousands of records to be processed by systems
at once. CFP was fairly happy with the result.
