InsFRONT Goes Live. California FairPlan is thrilled as InsFRONT goes live on Feb 16. "Openflex has created a web-based system using the most advanced technology available today and the end-result has been a robust, consistent, self-sufficient, user-friendly system that requires no training and runs flawlessly on all popular web browsers used in the marketplace. insFRONT enables producers to self-service their clients and reduces the number of phone calls to the California FAIR Plan customer service staff. It also enables producers to download copies of policy forms without having to contact California FAIR Plan customer service staff. Finally, the speeds at which the system operates is very impressive, even when using a dial-up connection. InsFRONT is an online Policy/Quotation Information Access System for Insurance Producers that OpenFLEX developed for California FairPlan. It enables the producers to access insurers' basic quotation / policy, additional interest, rating, location and coverage, billing and payment, policy change history and mailed documents type information online by using Agency Numbers.
