The goal of the strategy phase is to develop a clear understanding of our client's needs and business strategy in order to build a team of experts and to determine how to best proceed to help achieve their goals. With your business objective foremost in our minds, we strive to clearly understand current processes, organizational requirements and desired results in order to maximize the project's impact for the client.

The discovery Phase is crucial to gathering and comprehending your business and desired goals and objectives to design a complete solution that surpasses your expectations. Now that we have determined who you are and where you want to be, OpenFLEX, Inc. begins the process of establishing how to get you there. A team of business and technical consultants ideally suited to your needs is assembled to gather the information required to build a plan to execute your vision. The Discovery team examines existing resources including essential application requirements, business processes and requirements, budgets, projected growth and client expectations. The Discovery findings are used to create the deliverables paramount to the successful execution of the project - the project plan, budgets, responsibilities, timeline and conceptual design.

 

   
Phase 3 Logical Design
Phase 4 Development And Integration

The goal for the Design phase is to create a comprehensive analysis and detailed design documentation. We will determine the scope and detailed requirements for your project including systems, network and database architectures and the recommended hardware. The OpenFLEX, Inc. project team works closely with the client throughout the Discovery and Design phases, and all deliverables from the Design phase are refined and approved by the client team.

The goal for phase IV is to transition ideas, research and all designs (conceptual and logical), into a tangible solution. OpenFLEX, Inc. leverages the appropriate technology to build or develop the solution that best fits your needs. Our team of consultants will build the application and infrastructure according to the design plan, integrate the application with your new and existing systems, and incorporate specific functionality to ensure successful deployment.

   
Phase 5 Validation Testing
Phase 6 Deployment

The validation and Acceptance Testing phase is one of the most critical steps to the success of the project as it ensures the quality of design and accuracy of implementation. A wide range of tests are performed to measure the limits and boundaries of a proposed solution and to demonstrate that the systems or applications perform according to design and quality specifications. The client participates in this phase, approving and refining testing and contributing to the development of testing procedures.

The goal for this phase is to deploy the fully integrated solution in the production environment. In the Deployment phase, OpenFLEX, Inc. thoroughly evaluates the site and identifies the requirements, logistics and risks associated with the live environment. Security, availability and scalability are evaluated against the project goals. In this phase, we work with the client teams to train them how to manage the complete solution.

Phase 8 Post Project Analysis

In phase VII, OpenFLEX, Inc. educates the client on how to properly operate and support the solution. We provide for up to 12 months an on-site technician to ensure the appropriate knowledge transfer occurs, giving your team the skills and information they need to manage your business. We will make certain that site management issues are addressed; maintenance and support procedures are in place.

The goal of this phase is to analyze the overall performance and results of the project and compare the solution to the original vision, evaluating the successes, shortcomings and return. The deliverables from the Post project Analysis are extremely valuable to upper management in understanding return on investment and in evaluating future strategies. We will also provide the client with detailed documentation with policies and procedures for the support and maintenance of the system applications.
